authorize Allimos  (charge name Airport Commuter) to charge my credit card on a monthly basis, for charges my account acquires based on the lead quotations I receive from  Allimos  advertising and referral service. I understand that this account can be cancelled at anytime, provided that express written notice is given by faxing: +1-650-876-1779. I understand that I am liable for all fees up until the cancellation date. I have read and understand the All Limos Nationwide Limo Service Terms of Service.

Terms of service:
          1 . Alllimos charges its members  $0.50 (Fifty Cents) for every airport service lead until 06-15-04 then $1.00 after that date.
          2. Allimos charges its members  $1.00 (one dollar) for every non-airport service lead until 06-15-04 then $2.00 after that date.
          3.Members may cancel their account at any time, by providing express written notice sent by faxing: +1 650-876-1779.
          4 .Members will be notified in advance of any changes in Allimos prices or policies, either by e-mail or by messages sent
            directly to the member’s account.
          5. Allimos  may cancel a member’s account at any time and without notice.
